Animaid is opening our office again!
We had been providing curbside service for the last few months to protect our community. With the state moving forward and reopening, Animaid is also adjusting its protocol. We appreciate all our clients who have been understanding of our temporary protocol as we navigated how best to protect our staff and clients.
As of June 1, 2020, Animaid are now allowing 2 clients in the office at a time, to meet with the doctor.
We do ask all clients coming in to follow safe practice: wear facial covering (mask), wash or sanitize hands, stay home when sick. Please call us to check-in and we will let you know when it is your turn to come in. Please know that there may be some delays as we are washing our hands and sanitizing the area before and after each client.
We are still working on appointment basis only, no walk-ins, and we are still offering curbside service for clients who would prefer curbside service, or for clients who cannot or do not want to wear masks. We are also still offering curbside service for any prescription medication or diet pick-up.
- Please call us to schedule an appointment. We recommend calling ahead, as our appointment are filling up quickly.
- Please call us when you arrive to check-in. Let us know you have arrived by calling us! We can get all the needed info at that time and prepare the chart. You are welcome to wait outside or in your car until we are ready to see your pet.
For first time visits, we recommend coming 10-15 minutes early to get your information into the system.
- When the doctor’s ready to see your pet, we’ll come to you to help you in.
- If you need any special accommodations, please let us know ahead of time and we can try to arrange.
